In 1996, Kubiss greenhouse (farm) was founded by a visionary agronomist and entrepreneur, Kunle Isreal Onawola.  A certified and well
trained agronomist from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria, West Africa.

The journey began after having worked, manage and practice Agriculture as an Agronomist in big farms in the Northern part of Nigeria.

The initial focus was on cultivating traditional local vegetables, primarily to meet the local demand. The farm’s commitment to sustainable
and environmentally friendly practices birthed the use of Greenhouse Technology and set it apart from others.

Greenhouse cultivation has emerged as a game-changing innovation in the agricultural landscape of Nigeria, offering a controlled and
sustainable environment for the growth of both local and exotic vegetables. With a burgeoning population and increasing demand for
fresh, high-quality produce year-round, greenhouses have become instrumental in addressing food security and diversifying the nation’s Agricultural offerings and resources.
